I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a small living area. The location was excellent, with easy access to two subway lines and many restaurants and mini markets nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Hotel staff are great and the room is very beautifull, comfortable and clean. I love the place and certainlly would like to stay here next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Arc Callao. Traveling with a baby, we were grateful for the early check-in and the spacious, clean apartment with individual AC units in each room. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transit and nearby amenities. The furnished balcony offered stunning city views, and the property had 24-hour security. an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Location.

I recommend the hotel take into consideration the following points 1. the reception staff was there mainly to issue the invoices (9am-5pm) and indifferent to further customer service. 2. elevator ringing all the time, heard in all building 3. breakfast only by delivery (shic!) 4. parking fascilities non existent (only after request ) despite never sited on the web

During my stay at Arc Callao Studios & Suites, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of the kitchenette. The location was excellent, with supermarkets and banks just a stone's throw away. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when they accommodated my early check-in request due to traveling with a baby. The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded my expectations, and the individual AC units in each room provided a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, and public transit was easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and reasonable price.

The room is very good, large and nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is downtown, so during weekdays there is a lot of noise coming from the street, even during the night.

The staff were very helpful for someone who didnt know the city at all. It isnice and central, so you dont have to go far to get to the centre. Its also easy to find at night time !!

There dudnt seem to be many other tourists there.

The security guard was friendly and the shared gym and outdoor jacuzzi on the 11th floor provided a stunning view. The amenities such as wi-fi, electric kettle, and cookware were all appreciated. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was great and there was no shortage of hot water. our stay was exceptional and we highly recommend this place.

We loved the feeling of living in a Buenos Aires studio rather than being tourists in a standard hotel room. Location was central, room was contemporary and clean - very well done. All in all, a great place to stay.

Nice location - clean - value for money

The overall experience was ok but one thing is that make us not to use again their services. Last day we want to let our bagages and go for a walk until our late flight and the supervisor of the building refuse to let us leave it there for a few hours. It was sunday and the reception guys where not there to take care this. Nice way to treat tourists in a country that struggles to get over economic crisis.

Central, walk distance to Florida street. Safe. Nice and friendly personnel. Clean. Value for money.

No breakfast. If ordered to room, quite expensive and the coffee did not taste good. Noise from the street.
